Processing & Dispatch
Orders are generally processed and prepared for dispatch within 1–2 working days.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation where applicable. Please note that delivery estimates begin from the date your order is dispatched, not from the date the order is placed.
Delivery Options
Standard Delivery
Estimated delivery: 3–5 working days
Our standard delivery service is sent via Royal Mail and is suitable for customers who do not require an urgent delivery.
Express Delivery
Estimated delivery: 1–2 working days
Express delivery is available for customers who need their order sooner. Depending on the service selected, this may include Royal Mail Next Day + Delivery or Two Day + Delivery.
Please note that express delivery is an estimated delivery timeframe and is not a guarantee of delivery on a specific date.
Delivery Times
Delivery estimates are provided by Royal Mail and may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside of our control, including postal delays, adverse weather, public holidays, strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Working days are Monday to Friday and exclude UK public holidays, unless otherwise stated by Royal Mail.
Incorrect or Incomplete Delivery Information
